Nikki Caputo Director of Experience and Innovation

Nikki Caputo is UCHealth’s Director of Experience and Innovation. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading problem solving and technology strategy through experiences that touch both patients and employees in a way that uniquely connects them. She also serves as a liaison to the UCHealth CARE Innovation Center as a subject matter expert for patient experience.

Nikki received her Masters degree from Colorado State University in Health Communication, and her graduate focus on how people process multimedia narrative and its impact on behavior change, propelled her into a career path focused on the power of storytelling and human connections.

Nikki has worked for UCHealth for nearly 12 years and is instrumental in building a sense of purpose and passion for working with people and the technologies that, together, deliver extraordinary, human-centered experiences.
